Well done! I like the way that you paid attention to scale and detail in this picture. I like that there are different sizes of weapons and that, given the size of the weapons, we can guess at the size of the dragon. It's not a terribly large dragon, yet, but he's still proud of what he has, daring someone to come and try to take it.
Depending on the mythos, gold for dragons can mean any number of things. It can be the "Ooooo, shiny!" but it can also be that the sound of the falling metal is soothing to them or, as is the case in some older stories, it's the only thing comfortable enough for them to sleep on. It's like lying under a pile of your favourite blankets when they cover themselves up with it. The bigger the dragon, the bigger the gold pile. So while part of it is that they're hoarders, there are reasons, depending on where they come from.
